Alpha Group is for players in 7-8th grade.  Here we combine athleticism, body movements, and skill drills into a program for kids who may already be on basketball teams or have completed the Boys Level 2 Program.

Apex Group

Mondays and Thursdays @7:30pm 60 Min

Apex Group is our program for High School and advanced 8th graders.  Apex group focuses on advanced shooting and finishing techniques.  As well as Pick and Roll and motion offense concepts.
